With over 6 million of the world’s best eBooks to choose from, Kobo offers you a whole world of reading. to say, as their perpetrators say, that they cover all the cases on record is a flagrant untruth for which a Higher Justice may, or may not forgive them. Adamski's 1955 book Inside the Space Ships recounted his adventures with Venusians, Martians, and Saturnians, who had come to Earth out of concern for humanity's self-destructive ways. Adamski claimed the people with him also saw the Venusian ship, and several of them later stated they could see Adamski meeting someone in the desert, although from a considerable distance.

During the conversation, Orthon purportedly warned of the dangers of nuclear war, and Adamski later wrote that "the presence of this inhabitant of Venus was like the warm embrace of great love and understanding wisdom. His frequently published photograph from 1952, depicts an object which has been variously identified as the top of a chicken brooder or a streetlight.Being interested in spirituality myself, I really liked the descriptions of their art, views on life, as well as the simple but beautiful prayer before a meal that an extraterrestrial spiritual master uttered during their last meeting. All UFOs are capable of instant redirection up, down and sideways and this too is an attribute which is retold thousands of times--not just in the 20th century but throughout the past 2 millenia! it is essential always that men work and strive together with open minds, ever aware that all is never known. The Venusian’s flesh was as soft as a baby’s, Adamski reported after they touched palms, while his “hair was sandy in color and hung in beautiful waves to his shoulders, glistening more beautifully than any woman’s I have ever seen. This drawing is by someone who claims to have seen a flying saucer over the rooftops of Smethwick in Birmingham.

Flying Saucers Have Landed was probably the first time I had ever been exposed to really outrageous lies and or delusions published, in hardcover, by adults. Adamski tells us what transpires in these space craft and what the men and women from other worlds have told him. In 1963 Adamski claimed that he had been granted a secret audience with Pope John XXIII and that he had received a "Golden Medal of Honor" from the pope. His quasi-Christian interpretation of them as part of "God" also turns off the rational students of it, as if conservative churchgoers have more of a cosmic idea of outer space as a "firmament" or 'Heaven" than liberal theoretical physicists. Serious UFO investigators scoffed, but other people all over the world believed, even as Adamski's tales grew ever more outrageous. At the space people's direction, Van Tassel established the College of Universal Wisdom and solicited donations for the construction of the "Integratron," a rejuvenation machine. On 20 November 1952, Adamski and several friends were in the Colorado Desert near the town of Desert Center, California, when they purportedly saw a large submarine-shaped object hovering in the sky. I can see your point about personal witnesses who, free from security or personal reasons, would be at liberty to speak out and support me.

The interesting thing here is the shape of the UFO – it’s exactly like a rocket from Thunderbirds, which was being repeated on TV at the time. But as the genuine astronomer Carl Sagan later noted, the truth was a little more mundane: Adamski “operated a tiny restaurant” in the vicinity and had “set up a small telescope out back. Adamski’s 1955 sequel, Inside the Space Ships, described further meetings, not only with the Venusian but also with emissaries from Mars and Saturn.Living in Flagstaff Arizona under the shadow of Percy Lowell's famous Observatory in the middle of town on Mars Hill, I've looked through his great 24" Clark Telescope at Mars, just for a few minutes, and saw suspicious yellowish markings like Canal lines too. Well, because in a few years from his visits (so, late 1950s, early 1960s), the Earth’s axial tilt will shift and all the land once under water will be above water and vice versa and we need to all love each other and believe in God or else we are all going to die – whilst our wonderful beautiful white saviors watch, I guess…?

Front and back covers have wear to edges and corners; the front cover has damage on the bottom right corner. It is almost like this: he who has the depth of life within his being needs none of these, but he who has not, as Jesus said, “shall ask for signs, but no signs shall be given,” for if they were, the doubters would not understand them. But because they were with me at the request of the Brothers, some things are moving in behalf of both the Brothers and the general public that otherwise could not have been started. The Book of Adamski contains writings by George Adamski and various ufologists who knew him personally, such as Gray Barker, Desmond Leslie, Alice K. This has happened in spite of opposing forces who, for whatever reasons, do not wish the truth to come out. The author met them on a few occasions on Earth where they lived and moved in disguise, and was then invited on board of their spaceships. The complete 1955, "Inside the Space Ships", combined with Adamski's earlier portion of the landmark 1953 book "Flying Saucers Have Landed.
