As a desperate 54 year old menopausal, overweight , sleep deprived nightmare, never knowing where to start with any of it, I finally feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel.

There's nothing really new in the book either, the information can be sought from much better written and discussed sources so I'd personally suggest you go elsewhere and save your money. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for ways to hack their lifestyle a bit in manageable ways, but as others have mentioned, I will probably need to re-read to fully absorb all the info.
