Parts are provided in off-white, gray and clear, and the kit includes all necessary marking decals so it can be built without the need for paint if desired. I've bought some black photographic sheeting to hang behind my models when photographing them, but I've not got around to trying it yet. The opener to season two of Space:1999 introduced this fan-favorite variation of the Eagle Transporter. Includes a copy of Roberto Baldassari's ultimate Eagle blueprints and Phil Rae's blueprint reprinted from SIG magazine.

The Hawk, however, was a sleeker design that was unencumbered by the need to serve in utilitarian roles. Following up its big 1/48 scale Space: 1999 Eagle transporter released in 2015, MPC has scaled the ship to 1/72 scale which makes it about 14 inches long. In its first appearance in the episode, War Games, a squadron of ships decimated Moonbase Alpha’s fleet of Eagle Transporters. Initially included as part of MPC's Nuclear Waste Area 2 Diorama, MPC are now releasing the buggy with added features in its own kit!Designed by VFX supervisor Brian Johnson and represented by miniatures of varying sizes for filming, the iconic ship is as popular today as it was back then.

MPC introduces this all new, accurately proportioned and detailed kit of the iconic spacecraft in precise 1/72 scale which can be decorated one of three ways.

Very neat and considering how much weathering you did in the build thread it looks remarkably clean Then again I do tend to dirty up my Eagles quite a bit. Related kits included here include a hangar set, moonbuggy and launch pad which can make near-studio quality dioramas with the Eagles.

Each kit features authentic details copied from the production props like the buttons, knobs, and switches. I spent 24 hours building MPC’s Eagle and recommend it to intermediate modelers and above looking to add one or more transports to their collection.Includes additional resin parts to create the version of Eagle 1 that featured a lab pod as well as the booster pack. For the Ultra Probe, the neck behind the command module is far too long, the front tank cylinders behind are far too short, and the framework spine has obvious distortion.
